Wyrd is an Anglo Saxon word generally common phrased to fate or destiny. The word represents how ones future, past and present can all at times interact with each other. I choose it to be the name of the company because I interpret the word to trying to live a purposed life. On another note the paddles aren’t typical and plays with the word weird as well.
